Terms of service

Hooker Lips will provide all ordered products and deliver through Canada Post. Address information will only be shared with Canada Post to complete the order. There is no other 3rd party that will obtain any information provided. If there is a problem with tracked shipments Hooker Lips will address those issues on the buyers behalf. Hooker Lips has the sole authority to cancel and refund an order if previous abuse from the customer has been noted from any sales channel.
